She walked round the tree
fascinated by its beauty
A quick hunger sets in
She could tell by the rumbling
In her tummy.

I must not eat it
It looks delicious
Her mouth salivates,
Who says you can’t, he whispers
Little did she know its venom.
She grabbed a bite,and now
Here we are in the fruity loom of lies
Caught in the web of Fallacy.
Writing 101 a poem a day.
@jdoublep. Thanks for the prompt.
