The Greatest Love of all.

Of all the Animals in the whole universe

The Lamb is the only one that does not struggle in the face of death,

All the other creatures struggles, rebel at the face of any threat to living.

Ever wondered why Christ is referred to as the Lamb of God.

Because He willingly gave Himself as the Eternal Sacrifice for Mankind.

Now that’s love.

Christ painted the perfect example of true love

By going to the Cross to give his all

That you and I may bask continually in it

Then live it out on a daily basis.

This love is deeper, sometimes indescribable.

All the time unfathomable.

I am yet to comprehend it.

Now that’s love

He didn’t have to

But I am glad he did……The greatest love of all!

Now did you know He didn’t die because of all the pain and torture that he went on the cross. No! That wasn’t enough to kill Him actually.

Christ died of heartbreak at that moment in time, when he cried,”My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

He couldn’t bear the silence between Him and the Father

Just as the Father couldn’t bear to behold the sins of Humanity on the Son.

Today He still lives to stand for us before the father, because Our Father  still can’t behold  sin.

But He sees us through Christ, as He continues to make intercessions for us.

With the price of the nail-pierced hands and feet.

Now that’s the  greatest love of all.
