A spiritual person is a patient person.

Not trying to be an overnight success. Someone who is not even trying to be a success by the world’s standard. Not trying to take matters into his own hands, but recognising that most things are out of his hands.

I guess by the above definition, I am very far from being a spiritual person, I am the most impatient person I have ever met. I can’t even be patient with me. I  have since ceased from the notion of “overnight-successism”, it’s not worth the labour anyway. I still try to take matters into my hands every now and then, forgetting that I am only human, so when things don’t go my way, I fuss about- how unspiritual can that be?

They say if you want to control something, start by letting go of control and see if things start to take care of themselves. Letting go also gives the wisdom of what action to take. #SELAH.

You don’t need a master plan for your life, you just follow the master planner already, You don’t need to fight for everything you want.  Sometimes you just got to chill, because He is fighting for you, just hold your peace.

There is more to life than just merely surviving. it’s about learning who we are in God’s image and living out that path one moment at a time. one day at a time. That I think, sums up man’s spirituality.
